"Layer Cake" Star Joining "BOND 23"?

There's a rumor going around saying that "Layer Cake" star, Ben Whishaw is in talks for a role in the upcoming "BOND 23", which is rumored to be called "Carte Blanche". Whislaw starred alongside James Bond himself, Daniel Craig already, back in "Layer Cake".
Also, turns out that Rhys Ifans is not starring in the next James Bond film, as originally announced. And Ralph Finnes has been confirmed to have a starring role in the next film. AWESOME!!!!
